By Someone has decided to use legal United States tender for the express purpose of making a film centered around the worst characters from The Heat. Remember Melissa McCarthy’s really annoying stereotypical Bostonian sisters? Yeah, they get their own movie. A feature length film ostensibly created for the enjoyment of someone.
“Jamie [Denbo] and Jessica [Chaffin] are two of the funniest people on this planet. They took small roles in The Heat and turned them into characters worthy of their own movie. I can’t wait to unleash Beth and Gina on the world. Run for your lives,” warned director Paul Feig of the horrors to come.
We’ve got no word on literally anything else about the movie except confirmation that it is happening. Sigh.
