By Christmas movie news is coming early this year it would seem. Out of all the people to cast as the voice of Frosty the Snowman, the Aquaman star himself, Jason Momoa is stepping into the chilly shoes of a beloved childhood character. Warner Bros. and Stampede Ventures are bringing the tale of the talking snowman to life with a live-action reboot. It’s set to be a mix between live-action and CGI and hopefully not a total trainwreck. I loved Momoa in Aquaman. For all his roles he has done previously, Frosty was not one I ever saw coming.
Holiday movies are either a hit or a miss, with Momoa voicing Frosty I have some hope. Hope that he does the character justice as he did with Aquaman. No release date is set yet but by this Christmas, moviegoers will hopefully be back in theaters.
