Ooh, boy. I’ve been psyched for this one since way back, close to Flixist’s inception. David Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method chronicles the uncertain beginnings of Sigmund Frued and Carl Jung’s brand of psychoanalysis, with the two famous doctors played by Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender respectively. Keira Knightley sounds like she’s having a rough time with her character’s Russian accent, so that’ll likely be a thing. Regardless, this movie looks pretty good, and Cronenberg has been on a massive hot streak since A History of Violence, so I’m super looking forward to this. Sadly, there’s no US release date as of yet.
