Finally, a trailer for the Die Hard sequel no one really asked for from the director of the Max Payne movie no one wanted! Kidding aside, there’s no story to find in the first trailer, just a lot of punches and shooting and KABOOMs. Awesome stuff! I’m very wary here, given how dreadful I found Live Free or Die Hard to be, but this one at least doesn’t have a ludicrous plot about computer hackers taking over all of America and a random-ass Kevin Smith cameo. I am, as always, worried that this is getting dumped early in the year, which isn’t usually a good sign for an action movie, though The Grey certainly proved an exception to the rule.
Anyone feeling more at ease or less at ease with the fifth Die Hard movie after this teaser?
