Dark Skies stars Keri Russell…wait…Keri Russell? Felicity? Where has she been all this time? Sorry, what? Oh yeah! Dark Skies is from the same producers as Actividad Paranormal and Insidious, so naturally a lot of happenings happen that look like the happenings that happen in those two films. Except this time it’s totes aliens.
Keri Russell lives in a creepy house with her husband and creepy son (same with Insidious) as creepy things begin to happen around them that they can’t control. They call in an expert on creepiness (J. Jonah Jameson, or J.K. Simmons as he prefers), and then they find out it’s aliens. Oh and it’s directed by the same who directed Legion…so yeah. Dark Skies releases February 22nd next year if you’re so inclined.
So glad she’s back. It could have been two hours of Keri Russell chopping vegetables for all I care. Never leave again, Felicity.
