Computers just can’t get enough of stealing everyone’s jobs. They’re coming for the trailer creators next as this new trailer for Morgan shows. Somehow IBM’s fancy Watson computer analyzed a bunch of horror movies and chose the 10 best scenes for a trailer. Then a actual human edited them together and the result is… a pretty good trailer.
Actually it’s far better than a lot of trailers. It doesn’t give away too much, it just hints at the plot and it shows a solid amount of tension without ruining any surprises. All right, I’m in. Let’s all bow down to our new computer overlords.
