By In Good Deeds, Tyler Perry stars as Wesley Deeds (yep) a wealthy businessman who is starting to contemplate if there might be more to life than having more money than most people can dream of, a beautiful, clean home, and a loving, gorgeous wife.
Deeds eventually meets and develops a relationship with the cleaning woman in his office building, played by the brilliant Thandie Newton. She represents the unfortunate side of the economy in this story, and soon Deeds realizes that he should do good things for other people … I guess. Perry wrote, directed and stars in Good Deeds, (trifecta!) which comes to theaters in February of 2012.
