I love a good documentary. This one follows Jiro, a master sushi chef, and talks about his life and his kitchen secrets. Allistair was lucky enough to see Jiro Dreams of Sushi during the Austin Film Festival back in October, and he loved it. It’s easy to see why just by looking at this trailer. Look at those gorgeous shots! The subtitles move around! That sushi looks delicious! I am so hungry! Seriously, look at him cutting up that fish. That is some tasty-looking fish. It probably costs more than my monthly rent to have a full meal there. Worth it.
You can also watch the trailer in HD at Apple, which is very fitting for a documentary about food. I’m even hungrier now. Thanks a lot, internet.
