By Following the critically-acclaimed, award-winning film, Valentine’s Day, director Gary Marshall intended to create a sequel revolving around another romantically-driven holiday. However, changes were made and we’re left with the spiritual successor to last year’s magnificent Valentine’s Day entitled New Year’s Eve.
Like Valentine’s Day before it, New Year’s Eve is a romantic comedy starring an ensemble cast destined for high accolades for their roles in the film. The cast consists of such rom-com stalwarts as Ashton Kutcher, Katherine Heigl, Zac Efron, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ludacris, the Easter Bunny, Cupid, Santa Claus, Cthulu, the Jersey Devil, and Robert De Niro (amongst others, of course).
You can celebrate New Year’s Eve early by catching New Year’s Eve in theaters on December 9th.
