By I’m totally manly and sweat testosterone and bacon, but I can’t handle the majority of scary movies. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but the Paranormal Activity movies are the only scary movies I’ll actually watch. In the previous two entries, we’ve witnessed the terrors haunting sisters Kristi and Katie. Paranormal Activity 3 will be a prequel taking place in 1988, hopefully shedding some light on the darkness that’s been following the two. Those of us hoping for a Molly Ephraim-led Paranormal Activity might have to wait until next year.
Paranormal Activity 3 will be directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, the minds behind last year’s Catfish, with series creator Oren Peli producing. The movie will hit theaters exactly three months from today on October 21st.
