Although this trailer is a little wonky (the sound has a few problems), I can’t just ignore new footage of Bong Joon-Ho’s Snowpiercer. The film may be only opening in South Korea in August (with no domestic release date as of yet), but man do I want to see it. It’s deliciously gritty as it takes place in a future where a failed experiment to stop global warming caused a new ice age. The remaining survivors now live on the titular train, Snowpiercer.
Chris Evans then leads the lower class into a charge on the upper class. So while there’s not a lot of English (but there’s enough of it), you don’t need a Rosetta Stone to figure out what an axe to the face means. I hope it at least comes to home video.
