By The Day is a post-apocalyptic indie film directed by Doug Aarniokoski (Nurse 3D). Starring an eclectic cast, including the always-lovable Shannyn Sossamon (Wristcutters: A Love Story), Shawn Ashmore (Animorphs), and Dominic Monaghan (LOST), the film definitely has a Fallout vibe to it… then again, almost all post-apocalyptic films have a Fallout vibe.
Regardless, The Day will make its world premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival this September. I hope our Northerly brothers and sisters will check this out and let us know how it is.
