UPDATE: There are 30 theaters showing the trailer according to StarWars.com (which we’ve listed below). Good luck! Original story follows.
Surely the most anticipated trailer for the rest of the year is for Star Wars: Episode VII, otherwise known as The Force Awakens. But what wasn’t expected is how it’ll debut. The new trailer will debut in select theaters over Thanksgiving weekend with AMC Theaters, Regal, and Cinemark participating. Only Regal has released a tiny list of what theaters are actually getting the trailer (much to the chagrin of Disney) but, if you’re lucky to get to one, it’ll be showing before every film!
We’ll provide more details as they come of course. And as of this moment, an online release has yet to be confirmed.
