We like doing theme weeks, but it’s hard to rally everyone here at Flixist around a single entity. It needs to be something important, like Pixar or Studio Ghibli. For what I believe is the first time, we are going to be centering our week around a person: Wes Anderson.
Love him or hate him, Wes Anderson is definitely unique, and his films are definitely interesting if nothing else. With his next film, Moonrise Kingdom, getting a limited release this Friday, we figured this was the perfect opportunity to let our voices be read.
Because ours are the only opinions that matter.
