By Will Arnett has been cast in the potentially ill-fated Ninja Turtles, directed by Jonathan Liebesman and produced by Michael Bay. At this time Arnett’s role is currently a secret, but the major characters yet to be cast are Shredder, Splinter, and Casey Jones. Heat Vision reports that Arnett is not being considered for Casey (who’s probably been reimagined as an edgy teen or some bulls**t), so it looks like it’s between the big talking rat and the big can opener.
Arnett will join Megan Fox as April O’Neil and the voice talent of Alan Ritchson, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, and Noel Fisher as the Ninja Turtles. In related news, I will most likely join you in waiting for this to show up on Netflix Instant.
