Anyway, the Writer’s Guild of America announced their nominees for their awards for best screenplays of the year, broken down by original screenplay, adapted screenplay, and documentary screenplay. It’s basically a laundry list of the awesome films that came out this year, and most of the time, these awards heavily influence the corresponding Oscar. I'm going to have to go with The Fighter for Original Screenplay, The Social Network for Adapted Screenplay, and Inside Job for Documentary Screenplay. It's a stark reminder that we really got some pretty kickass screenplays this year.
